STEP 1
Ensure that all fittings are well connected and that there are no leakages on the applicator.
Open the FILLER CAP (1) and pour the correct amount of MTS 100 into the applicator as above. Close the FILLER CAP (1). Make 100% sure that the BALL VALVE (2) is in the closed position.
STEP 2
Remove the inner core valve of the tyre that you want to apply the MTS 100 into. Now attach the end of the PIPE (4) to the valve and make sure it is properly fastened to the valve with the hose clamp.
Attach the compressor to the VALVE (3) on the applicator as in the picture below.
STEP 3
Pressurise the applicator with the compressor up to between 4 and 6 bar. Now open the BALL VALVE (2) and keep the compressor attach to the valve on the apllicator until all the MTS 100 liquid is applied to the tyre. Once all the MTS 100 is in the tyre close the BALL VALVE (2) and uncouple the compressor from the VALVE (3) on the applicator.
STEP 4
Now uncouple the PIPE (4) from the tyre valve. Re-insert the innercore valve into the tyre valve. You can now inflate the tyre to its correct pressure.
Once all the above is done clean the applicator
throroughly with water and store in a dry place.
NOTE :
MTS 100 is NOT RECOMMENDED for high-speed vehicles (cars, LDV's , etc.) because the product will drastically affect the balancing and handling of such vehicles at high speeds if the recommended
quantities are applied. ( Not applicable for long hauling trucks )
MTS 100 tyre sealant must never be diluted otherwise it will loose its orginal characteristics.
Although the MTS 100 tyre sealant works on tube and tubeless tyre it is less effective on tube tyres.
