PRODUCTION APPLICATION : Preventative maintenance compound which helps seal and cool tyres to prolong service life.
FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD : Nil - Not flammable.
HEALTH HAZARD DATA : Oral : Slight toxicity ( MEG ) - Dermal : Non toxic inhalation - Slight toxicity to eye, irritant - ( Contains MEG )
EMERGENCY and FIRST AID PROCEDURES : Eye contact flush with water - Skin Contact : Flush with water - Inhalation : Move to fresh air -
Ingestion : Contact Medico RE: Ethylene Glycol ingestion ( MEG )
SPILLAGE PROCEDURES : Absorb with sand / sawdust and bury.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE : MTS 100 is effective between the extremes of -50 degress celsius and +150 degrees celsius. On the occasion
operating rim temperatures may exceed this range. When first using MTS 100 or any sealant in tubeless tyres,
occasional check on the rim condition should be made. MTS 100 is heavily treated with corrosion inhibitors and
there should be little or no rust on the rim inside the tyres.
PUMP MAINTENANCE : The injector pump should be cleaned regularly to prevent water or foreign materials from being injected into the
tyres.
CORROSION CONTROL : MTS 100 contains a range of rust inhibitors, MTS 100 will not harm tyres or rims.
MTS 100 is NOT A MIRACLE PRODUCT : Used properly it will increase tread service life and reduce down - time costs.
MTS 100 is a air pressure stabilizer and will eliminate the following problems resulting from low tyre pressure in LONG HAULING TRUCKS :
* Uneven and quick wear and tear * Driver fatique
* Poor handling * Potential damage to vehicle and load
* Uneven tyre pressure on double wheels which
will result in tyre blow - outs

NOTE :
MTS 100 is not recommended for high-speed vehicles (cars, LDV's , etc.) because the product will drastically affect the balancing and handling of such vehicles at high speeds if the recommended
quantities are applied. ( Not applicable for long hauling trucks )
MTS 100 tyre sealant must never be diluted otherwise it will loose its orginal characteristics.
Although the MTS 100 tyre sealant works on tube and tubeless tyre it is less effective on tube tyres.
